Syncratix is the brand under which Tokenisys issues kUSD, a dollar claim on a balance sheet that is marked, closed and published every ninety days.
An enquiry reaches the material behind the instrument, not a sales process. Four things exist and can be read: the model specification, which states every quantity, posting and ordering the contracts implement; the conformance record, which maps each clause of that specification to the code and to the test that witnesses it; the test record; and the contracts themselves, deployed as a test rig on Base Sepolia whose console is open to approved testers.
The specification, the conformance record and the test record are made available on request, to named parties, under confidentiality. The rig is public: its addresses are published, and every figure its console shows is read from the chain.
